Within Canada -

We ship for free anywhere in Canada on orders over $80 (before tax).

$10.00 flat rate for shipping in Canada on orders below $50.00.

Please allow 2-7 business days for package to be delivered. All orders are shipped using Canada Post

Pick Up is only available in Downtown Toronto. Please contact us to make arrangements

To the U.S. -

We ship for free anywhere in the US on orders over $100 CAD (before tax - excluding Alaska and Puerto Rico).

$15 flat rate for shipping to the United States on orders under $100.00.

Please allow up to 6 business days to receive your package. All USA orders are shipped using Chit Chats USPS service or Canada Post Expedited.

Shipping Carriers: All domestic orders are shipped with Canada Post Expedited service. For US orders, once your package clears customs, it will be handed over to your local shipping carrier for final delivery. Note that more detailed tracking information can often be found by tracking your package on the website of your local shipping carrier (i.e USPS or CANADA POST)

*Recipient is responsible for paying any additional customs or duties fees required for packages.

Essentials by Temi will not be responsible for duties you are changed as these are out of our control.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to provide a full refund for any unused products returned within 10 days of receipt of the product. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as customs and duty fees. After 10 days, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of used products.

If the product is defective or arrived damaged, please keep the box, send us an email that includes pictures of the damage within 5 - 10 days of receiving your package. We will assess the extent of the damage and offer you the options available.
